Delivery Area

We currently deliver within Australia.

Order Processing & Production Time

To ensure premium quality craftsmanship, our products are made-to-order and custom-tailored to your specifications.

  • Order Handling & Production Time: Please allow 15 business days for total order processing, detail verification, and manufacturing. Production officially begins once all design or order specifications are fully confirmed by the client.
  • Shipping Time: Approximately 1–10 business days after dispatch, depending on your delivery location.
  • Total Estimated Delivery Time: In total, custom orders are typically delivered within 16–25 business days (calculated from the date of final detail confirmation by the client).

Please note that all delivery timeframes are estimates only and may vary due to production schedules, client confirmation timing, logistics conditions, remote delivery areas, peak seasons, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

Standard Delivery Service

Large furniture items are typically delivered via our standard delivery service, which generally includes kerbside or ground-floor delivery unless otherwise specified.

Please ensure that:

  • Your delivery address is accurate and complete.
  • There is sufficient access for large items (e.g., doorways, staircases, elevators).
  • Someone is available to receive the delivery.
  • Any building access restrictions or specific delivery requirements are communicated in advance.
  • If delivery cannot be completed due to access issues, absence, incorrect details, or refusal to accept delivery, additional re-delivery, storage, or return charges may apply.

Warehouse Pickup

Warehouse pickup may be available for selected products and locations.

If you would like to collect your order directly from our warehouse, please contact us before placing your order to confirm availability and pickup arrangements.

  • Pickup is by appointment only.
  • Customers must present their order confirmation upon collection.
  • Please ensure your vehicle is suitable for transporting large furniture items safely.
  • Additional waiting or storage fees may apply for delayed collections.

Shipping Costs

Our catalog products include free standard kerbside or ground-floor delivery within metropolitan areas of Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane. For regional areas and all other states, shipping fees are determined dynamically based on delivery distance and product weight, which will be automatically calculated at checkout.

Upstairs delivery, indoor placement, assembly, installation, and scheduled delivery services are available for an additional fee. Applicable charges will be confirmed before fulfilment.

Additional Delivery Services

If you require additional delivery services such as:

  • Delivery to upper floors
  • Indoor placement
  • Furniture assembly or installation
  • Scheduled delivery appointments

Delivery Inspection

Please inspect your items upon delivery.

If you notice any visible damage, missing parts, or packaging issues, we recommend:

  • Noting the issue with the courier at the time of delivery.
  • Taking clear photos of the packaging and products.
  • Contacting us as soon as possible after delivery.

Delays

While we do our best to meet estimated delivery times, delays may occasionally occur due to factors outside our control, including:
