Our products are made to order and enter production after an order is confirmed. The total estimated timeframe is approximately 16–25 business days:

• Production: 15 business days
• Delivery: 1–10 business days

We offer free standard shipping for Sydney, Melbourne, and Brisbane metro areas for all our made-to-order and customised products. Yes, selected products can be customised in size, colour, configuration, or other specifications. Please contact our team for more information and options.

Yes. All products are backed by a 3-year warranty covering manufacturing defects in materials and workmanship under normal residential use. Please refer to our Warranty Policy for full details.

Made-to-Order Products: Orders may be cancelled free of charge before production begins. Once production has commenced, a 20% cancellation fee applies.
Customised Products: Once a customised order enters production, it cannot be cancelled.
